These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7g772 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website at 7g772.bet, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and any other features available on the platform (collectively, "the Service"). Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

7g772 employs automated and manual fraud-detection systems that operate continuously. Accounts flagged by these systems will be reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance not subject to an active bonus wagering requirement will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to KYC verification. Balances subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 7g772 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings will be English.

Where a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, you may escalate the matter through the applicable dispute resolution channel.

Where changes are significant and may materially affect your rights or obligations, we will endeavour to provide advance notice via the email address associated with your account, though we are not obligated to do so in every case.

Your continued use of the Service after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately and close your account. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
